1. Area of application
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to the AMAG Services AG limousine service provided under the designation Chauffeur Drive (hereinafter: «Chauffeur Drive»).
2. Reservation and conclusion of contract
A vehicle and chauffeur may be reserved by telephone, fax, email or online using the reservation form.
The booking is valid and the contract concluded only if the reservation has been confirmed by Chauffeur Drive by email.
3. Cancellation
An order may be cancelled free of charge by telephone up to 24 hours before the planned execution. In the event of later cancellation or non-appearance, 100% of the price will be invoiced.
4. Prices and scope of services
Prices for Chauffeur Drive services can be viewed online at chauffeur-drive.ch (all prices are in Swiss francs). They may be changed by Chauffeur Drive at any time without notice. Prices include the following services: Driver in suit and tie, vehicle in pristine condition. Personal welcome. Fuel, vehicle and passenger insurance, value added tax (currently 7.7%). Prices do not include the following services: Additional hours and kilometres. Parking, motorway, tunnel and ferry charges, costs of telephone calls. Night surcharge from 19:00 to 07:00 CHF 30 flat rate, weekend and public holiday surcharge CHF 30 per day. Foreign value added tax. Chauffeur’s expenses: CHF 30 per meal (after four hours’ work), accommodation CHF 150 per night.
5. Hourly and daily flat rates
Prices include a specific number of hours and kilometres, specified in each case. If such number is exceeded, additional hours and kilometres will be invoiced. Waiting time is invoiced in proportion to the estimated additional hours. The order begins with departure from the garage in Zurich or Geneva and ends with return to the garage. The journey to the departure and return points is regarded as work time and work kilometres.
6. Specific details concerning airport transfers
The driver will wait with a name panel at the exit, after baggage collection and customs. The waiting time for the chauffeur included in the price is a maximum of 40 minutes after the flight’s arrival. CHF 100 per hour is invoiced for additional waiting time (CHF 25 is invoiced for each quarter of an hour begun).
At Zurich airport the surcharge for VIP/premium collection directly in front of the terminal is CHF 20 (additional parking charges). Without VIP/premium collection, there may be a walk of five to 10 minutes to the vehicle.
7. Specific details concerning city transfers
The price includes the shortest and fastest journey between the two destinations. If the passenger wishes to travel by another route or to stop on the way, additional hours and kilometres will be invoiced.
8. Vehicles
Vehicles are new and in pristine condition. The category of vehicle booked is guaranteed but not a specific vehicle or vehicle model. Chauffeur Drive reserves the right to give the client a free upgrade or in exceptional cases to provide another, comparable vehicle model.
9. Drivers
Drivers are reliable, experienced and professional and have excellent manners. They speak German and English (French and English in French-speaking Switzerland). If other languages are desired, this must first be discussed with Chauffeur Drive.
10. Complaints
If a journey or service has been unsatisfactory, complaints must be sent in writing within eight days of the service provided to the following address: Chauffeur Drive, AMAG Services AG, Hagenholzstrasse 50, CH-8050 Zürich-Oerlikon.
11. Means of payment
Accepted means of payment are credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners), Reka-Checks, UBS Key Club points or cash. But a credit card must in any case be deposited as security. Companies that have set up a business account with Europcar AMAG Services AG receive an invoice after the order payable within 30 days.
12. Liability
Chauffeur Drive’s liability with respect to the client is restricted to wilful intent and gross negligence. Liability for auxiliary staff is excluded.
Chauffeur Drive does not in particular assume any liability for delays caused by the elements, traffic jams, breakdowns, incorrect collection or destination information or any situation beyond Chauffeur Drive’s control.
13. Links
Chauffeur Drive does not assume any responsibility for the content of third-party websites to which reference is made using links or in any other way.
14. Errors
Chauffeur Drive endeavours to keep its website as accurate and up to date as possible. Despite exercising the greatest care, incorrect details and errors cannot be ruled out.
15. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions and contracts concluded on the basis hereof are subject exclusively to Swiss law, to the exclusion of the rules of international private law. The place of jurisdiction is Kloten except in cases where the Swiss Jurisdiction Act imperatively prescribes another place of jurisdiction.

For bookings during the World Economic Forum 2022 in Davos following special terms and conditions are in place:
Prepayment
In order to guarantee the booking, we will ask for a reservation fee of 20% of the offered total price at time of reservation
(price for both ways or total at disposal rate including hotel accommodation).
This amount will be charged to the indicated credit card and is not refundable.
The remaining amount will be charged after the service by February/March 2022 the latest.
Cancellation policy
- up to 17.12.2021: 50% of offered transfer price / 50% of offered at disposal price incl. meals/hotel
- up to 31.12.2021: 75% of offered transfer price / 75% of offered at disposal price incl. meals/hotel
- from 1.1.2022 or no show: 100% of offered transfer price / 100% of offered at disposal price incl. meals/hotel
Same rules and regulations apply, no matter if cancellation is done by customer or the whole event is cancelled.
Modifications of existing bookings
- All modification requests must be done in written. The first two modifications are free of charge, ll following cost CHF 20.-- each.
- Is an at disposal booking shortened until 7.1.2022: cancelled days will be charged at 50%
- Is an at disposal booking shortened after 7.1.2022: cancelled days will be charged at 100%
